Break Up With My Cruel Fiancé He Regretted It Chapter 05

Xiomara clutched the back of her hand, tears immediately spilling down her cheeks.

She pointed straight at me, sobbing.

“Lynn, I know you’re jealous of me, but you had no right to step on my skirt and trip me on purpose.”

At the sight of Xiomara’s bleeding wound, Benicio’s eyes turned red with rage.

He spun around, grabbed me by the neck, and slammed me hard against the wooden counter.

“Lynn! You vicious woman!”

His strength was brutal.

The back of my head crashed against the edge of the counter.

A wave of sharp pain washed over me, and warm liquid trickled down my neck, dripping onto the pearl-white wedding gown.

I struggled to breathe, clawing desperately at his hands.

Benicio watched me writhe in agony without an ounce of mercy.

He leaned close to my ear. “Kneel down and apologize to Mara right now.

“If you don’t, I’ll cut off your grandfather’s medication immediately.

“I mean every word.”

My movements froze instantly.

The special medication for Grandpa was exclusively produced by a pharmaceutical subsidiary of the Gudgion Group.

Without that medicine, he wouldn’t survive three days.

I stared at Benicio’s face. This was the man I had once loved deeply, but now I felt nothing but fear and revulsion.

I closed my eyes.

“Fine. I’ll apologize.”

Benicio loosened his grip, and I slid down the counter to the cold floor.

I pressed my forehead against the tiles.

“I’m sorry.”

Benicio let out a cold snort. He bent down and lifted Xiomara into his arms.

“Lynn, this is just a small lesson.

“Stay away from Mara from now on.”

He strode out of the shop with her in his arms.

I lay crumpled on the ground, watching him walk away.

Blood seeped into my eyes, blurring my vision into a sea of red.

The shop assistant trembled with fear and rushed over to help me.

“Ms. Billingsley, you’re bleeding badly. Let me call an ambulance.”

I pushed her hand away.

I pulled the bloodstained share transfer agreement from my bag.

I flipped to the last page and signed my name. Then, I tossed it onto a nearby table.

As I did, a wedding invitation slipped out of my bag and landed beside the document.

It had been delivered early that morning by Salvatore Tutheridge’s people.

The invitation read, “Groom, Salvatore Tutheridge.”

“Bride, Adelynn Billingsley.”

Third person’s POV

After putting Xiomara in the car, Benicio realized he had left his keys inside the boutique.

Irritated, he headed back inside.

The moment he stepped in, his eyes fell on the bloodied agreement on the table.

He walked over and picked it up.

His gaze drifted to the invitation beside it.

“Groom, Salvatore Tutheridge. Bride, Adelynn Billingsley.”

Benicio’s eyes widened.
