Abandoned By My Alpha And Pup Now Their Rival’s Luna Chapter 15

THREE YEARS LATER

Three years later.

Grayson brings Leo to a massive gathering hosted by the Shadowfall Pack.

Leo has grown taller, dressed in a sharp little suit. He is no longer the arrogant, loud pup he used to be; he has become quiet and withdrawn.

While Grayson is speaking with other Alphas, his eyes suddenly catch a figure in the corner of the grand hall.

A female in an emerald green dress.

She is holding a toddler-a pup barely two years old-gently wiping his mouth with a soft smile on her face.

All the blood rushes straight to Grayson’s head.

Maeve.

He searched for her for three years. He hired trackers, contacted the Council, but she had vanished like a ghost.

And now, she is standing just ten steps away, holding another pup, looking so completely at peace.

Leo sees her too.

He breaks away from Grayson and sprints across the room, throwing his arms around Maeve’s legs. “Mom!”

Maeve looks down at the boy clinging to her, and the warm smile instantly vanishes from her face.

“Mom! You’re finally back! I missed you so much!”

Leo looks up, heavy tears spilling down his cheeks. “I had a fever and you never came! The other pups call me motherless, I-“

“Let go,” her voice is dead calm.

Leo freezes, but his little hands grip her dress tighter.

“I said let go. You’re scaring my pup.” Maeve takes a step back, shielding the toddler in her arms.

The little boy blinks his big eyes, looking curiously at Leo. “Mommy, who is that?”

Mommy.

That word stabs into Leo’s ears like a silver blade.

He stares wide-eyed at the toddler in Maeve’s arms.

“Mom… why are you holding another pup?” His voice cracks in pure panic. “You said I was your only pup! You promised!”

Maeve looks at him, and suddenly, she smiles.

It is the kind of smile you give a complete stranger.

“So you’re a pup nobody wants,” she says, her tone light and airy. “How tragic for you.”

Leo bursts into agonizing sobs, his entire body going rigid.

Grayson storms over, his chest heaving. “How can you say that to him? He’s your own flesh and blood!”

Maeve slowly raises her eyes to meet Grayson’s.

After three years, he looks haggard, a shadow of the Alpha he used to be.

“I only have one flesh and blood.” She kisses the toddler’s forehead.

She turns to walk away.

Leo wails, throwing himself forward to grab her leg again. “Mom, don’t go! I’m sorry! I shouldn’t have broken your amulet! I shouldn’t have called Grandma names! Mom-“

“Back off, pup. You’ve got the wrong female.” A tall, imposing male steps in, shielding Maeve and the toddler behind his broad back.

Alpha Julian.

He nods to his guards. “Escort my Luna and our pup to the private lounge.”

Maeve doesn’t look back once as she walks away.

Grayson stands paralyzed.

Julian? The ruthless Alpha of the Shadowfall Pack?

What did he just call her? His Luna?

A horrifying realization hits Grayson. Over the past three years, his pack’s most vital resources and alliances were systematically destroyed. Every time he investigated, the trails led to the Shadowfall Pack.

He thought it was just territorial rivalry. Now he understands-it was Maeve.

She had been his mate for four years. She knew every weakness in his pack’s defenses, every flaw in his ledgers.

He had never hidden anything from her.

Grayson’s heart twists violently. He thought she couldn’t live without him.

But she had already built a new life, a new family, and was tearing his empire down piece by piece.
